Research on Multi-target Selection and Sequencing Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract Focusing on the characteristics of naval base targets, according to conditions geographical location, facilities size, capacity station and undertake task, target level analysis were taken comprehensive value, value alternative based Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The hierarchical model which reflects correlation all factors was build. quantitative evaluation multi-naval bases carried out from combat capability, guarantee command control reconnaissance early warning capability defensive capability. Multi-target selection ranking are obtained.
